The movie takes after a couple in England in 1962 who have met each other unintentionally and rapidly begin to look all starry eyed at. After a time of cherishing, sex and knowing each other, they choose to get wed in spite of the distinction of their social levels. In any case, this distinction raises a genuine hell in the wedding night that turns out to be loaded with humiliation, pressure and negativity.
