Annie, a foster kid living with her mean foster mom, suddenly becomes a puppet in unrighteous campaign move of business tycoon and New York mayoral candidate Will Stacks. Stacks believes that Annie will play her role innocently but her brightness, stubbornness and intelligence let Stacks down and cause the happenings become more and more complicated.
