Tia (Played by Kim Richards) is an extraordinary girl with extraordinary powers. She was born on another planet, but when she was three her planet, which excelled in creating space ships, began to die, so she, along with her brother Tony and Uncle Bene, came with the rest of their people to Earth, but their ship crashed in the ocean, and her and her brother were saved by the Malones. The Malones ended up adopting her and Tony. They learned that they had powers, telepathy between each other, read other people's minds, control matter, levitate items and themselves. Tia was more developed in her powers than Tony. When Tia was 8, her adopted parents were killed in a car accident, so Tia and Tony were taken to an orphanage. Only a few weeks after they arrived, Tia and Tony were out with the other children when Tia had a vision of a man getting hit by a car, and inadvertantly stopped him from getting in his car. Lucas Deranian told his boss, Aristotle Bolt, about the children, and discovered that the children were quite gifted. Pretending to be their uncle, he took them from the orphanage and to his boss's house, his boss intending on keeping the children and using their talents to gain wealth. The children figure it out, and escape, hiding in the campervan of Jason O'Day. After witnessing their powers, and finding a map inside Tia's starcase, hidden under a panel, Jason drives the children to Witch Mountain, followed closely by Aristotle Bolt and Lucas Deranian.Tia and Tony make it to Witch Mountain, and are reunited with their Uncle Bene, then leave Earth in a spaceship and continue their journey to their destination.6 years later Tia and Tony are rewarded by being taken back to Earth, in the hopes of spending a simple week touring museums and different places, but both Tony and Tia envision a man falling from a building, so Tony runs to the rescue whilst Tia waits. Whilst waiting Tia felt a sharp pain, and hurries to Tony's location but can't find him. He had been drugged and driven away.Over the next seven days it is a whirlwind of trying to get in contact with Tony, finding it difficult due to a device that controlled Tony, put in place by the evil Doctor Victor Gannon. She meets a group of boys in a gang, who offer to help her out. Over the next seven days she tries to track down her brother, at which point Victor realises what a threat Tia is, and Tony is ordered to bring her to Victor using telepathy. She is drugged by Sickle, Victor's henchman, and kept under by an anesthesia tent created by Victor. The gang find her and help her, and go save Tony in time to meet Uncle Bene and go home.
