Sam Hall is a smart high school student who visits New York along with two other friends for a scholastic competition. Little does he know that his father, paleoclimatoligist Jack Hall, has observed the extreme weather terrorizing the country, and deemed it the beginning of a new Ice Age. So he is trapped, after almost being killed by a giant tidal wave that swept away almost all of New York, in the New York public library, staying warm while waiting for news. Then the police officer proclaims that they all must leave, in order to make it to safety. When Sam shares the news with them that his father shared with him, they all ignore him, and leave. Now he is stuck with 6 other people, burning books to stay warm. His father said he was coming for them all, but will he ever get there? Show less «
