Linda and Paul are scheduled to be joined in Holy Matrimony in just a few days time. Linda is everything Paul should want in a wife. A beauty from a wealthy family -- her scary father happens to be Paul's scary boss -- marrying her is his ticket to a better life than the working-class niche he grew up in . . . which his parents still happily occupy. Besides, he thinks he's in love with her, despite the fact she is already making decisions for him in particular and for them as a couple in general. But why does Paul express doubts about Linda being right for him at his bachelor party, then wake up the next morning lying beside a beautiful blond whose name he doesn't even know?! From that moment Paul's life totally spirals out of control as he tries to hide the shameful act he committed -- but did he really? -- with the girl who turns out to be Linda's cousin, Becky. To complicate things further, Becky comes complete with a jealous exboyfriend -- a manical Cop out to get Paul, with Internal Affairs personnel in hot pursuit. But through it all, Paul stubbornly sticks to the path leading him to the altar. Despite the fact Becky is smart and funny and willing to take risks in her life . . . a trait he finds refreshingly alluring. But will anybody speak up when the stern Minister, who knows about Paul's apparent fall from Grace, is literally PLEADING for a wedding guest to NOT hold their peace forever but to say why this union should never take place!!
