Bill, played by Paul Rudd, is Charlie's English teacher. As he believes Charlie to be a talented student, Bill gives him extra books to read; Charlie's then asked to write an essay on each book. As Bill is a harsh judge of Charlie's writing, Charlie's writing improves due to the critism. Bill is one of a few people that gives Charlie the support he's newly receiving. Show less «
