Kincade is the groundskeeper for James Bond's family home. Kincade comes to Bond's aid in trying to protect M (Judi Dench) from assassins out to kill her. When Bond first introduces M , Kincade thinks he is saying Em and thereafter calls her Emma. A large shootout takes place in the abandoned Bond mansion.
