Katy, also designated as Fembot #1 was a sleek and deadly android created by former OSI scientist, Dr. Franklin. She served as both Franklin's assistant and operative and collaborated with the abduction of OSI Director, Oscar Goldman as part of a scheme to obtain an experimental weather control device.It is speculated that Katy had a more sophisticated program than the other fembots and even developed her own personality. Katy also cautioned Dr. Franklin's about using the Weather Control Device to unleash a hurricane on Saint Emil Island when a strike force consisting of Steve Austin and Jaime Sommers arrived in an attempt to infiltrate Franklin's base .During the violent electrical storm on Saint Emil Island, Katy was destroyed by a lightning bolt while crossing a dam in pursuit of Steve Austin and Jaime Sommers.
