Drama queen. Jules always needs to be the center of attention. She drinks frivolously, and spends money like a mob wife. She snorts coke with some MTV watching Arabs, and offers to have sex with at least 2 of the males in the direct group of friends. She garnishes a relationship with her boss at the bank she is working, to which her female friends Leslie and Wendy object. She is constantly referring to her step mother as her 'step monster'. It is eventually revealed Jules hasn't been attending work for months, and has been lying too everyone about her personal life. The climax has her locking herself in an dangerously cold room, putting herself at risk of freezing. It is then revealed she has ill relations with her father, as she feels he hates her. Her friends desperately try to break into the room. Billy Hicks eventually enters, and convinces her her angst is all about St. Elmo's Fire.
