Isabella Hudson (Justina Machado) is a pregenant woman driving on Route 23. She is persumabley killed in the premonition, swerving away from a log on the road. When Kimberly Corman (A. J. Cook) stops the line of traffic from joining onto the highway, Isabella becomes impatient having to wait and gets out of her car to see if there is a way for her to drive around. Days later, after other characters find that only new life can save them, Isabella is pulled over by a police officer, Deputy Steve (Aaron Douglas), who takes her to jail. Isabella is confused, but it is revealed the others have reported her car stolen so she can stay alive long enough to have the baby. While in jail Isabella goes into labour and is rushed to the hospital by Steve. On their way, they narowlly miss a car crash (with the rest of the survivours), but continue onto the hospital. Despite Isabellas baby nearly dying, she manages to give birth to a baby boy, just as Kimberly and Thomas Burke (Michael Landes) arrive to makee sure the baby has been born, much to the confusion of Isabella. Later, Kimberley has a vision that reveals Isabella was never meant to die in the Route 23 pile up. Show less «
