Mr. Huph is Bob Parr's boss at Insuricare. He is highly OCD, and also very determined to approve as few insurance claims as possible. As he sees it, the insurance company is run for the benefit of the stockholders, not the policy holders. This sets him at odds with Bob Parr, who constantly shows policy holders whose claims have been denied ways to get around this denial. When Mr. Huph calls Bob into his office for a talk, Bob gets distracted by someone being mugged outside on the street, several floors below. Mr. Huph does not let him leave, and Bob gets angry. When the mugger gets away, Bob says He got away... and Mr. Huph replies, Good thing, too. You were this close to losing your j... Bob throws Mr. Huph through three office walls, into the wall of a nearby hallway. Eventually, everyone who witnessed this must have their mind wiped to forget about this event. Nonetheless, Bob loses his job.
