George Wilber is an FBI expert witness in the area of tire tread identification and automobiles. He was called by the prosecutor to provide evidence showing the tires and automobile used in the shooting death of the clerk at the Sac-of-suds was a match for the car driven by William 'Billy' Gambini (Played by Ralph Macchio).
