A deputy with the Castle Rock Sheriff's Department. He is also a serial murderer known as the Castle Rock Killer, accused of ten separate murders over 3.5 years. His method of choice was to inflict multiple stab wounds on the victim with scissors. His law enforcement role allowed him to be present throughout the investigation of his own crimes. When exposure as the killer was imminent he climbed into his bath tub and committed suicide by stabbing himself in the mouth with a pair of scissors. Show less «
