Frank Murdoch is a divorced father of one living in or around the city of Syracuse, NY. Hates his neighbors who fail to show common courtesy and fantasizes about killing the entire family, especially the baby. He is fired from him job of 11 years at Mutual of Onondaga when his kindness to a receptionist is misconstrued as sexual harassment. His daughter Ava is a preteen brat spoiled by her mother and soon-to-be step-father. Franks ex-wife is about to get married to a cop, Brad Ponzo. He is incorrectly diagnosed with a brain tumor which is a key factor leading to his and Roxy's killing spree which ends with both their deaths. His first kill is a high school sweet-16 TV star Chloe from Holy Cross High School. He wishes to kill those people who deserve to die , especially those who are extremely rude or mean.
