Emmet is a member of The Red Hand faction of The Resistance. He is a young man, late teens, who was recruited by Frankie Brun. He was the only member of his cell to escape capture when the Redhats raided their safe house. His escape was aided by Will Bowman, who let him go rather than see another young person shot.Later, whilst on the run from The Red Hand (he was afraid they would kill him, believing it was him who had betrayed his cell) he was captured by Homeland Security and interviewed by Dan Bennett.
