One of the main characters in The Aristocats ,Duchess is a white blue- eyed female cat who lives with her three kittens and little is known of her first husband.She is prim and proper the French way and trusts her dear owner.In the film,she expects her three kittens to become proper adult cats in the future,but was kidnapped by the film's villain,Edgar.Meeting Thomas O'Malley the alley cat (who was,unexplained in the film,in love with her)made her in trust with going back to Paris.When he tells her of his pad and swingers ,she gets confused of the words,but remains loyal to her French ways.However,at the end of the film(although not to the human audience),it was hinted that Duchess was pregnant with her and O'Malley's future kittens and maybe her first kittens' future siblings. Duchess is also heard speaking French after O'Malley asked her if she would like to hear more of his poems,but she rarely does this in the rest of the film. Show less «
