Little is known about Cooke, but it is known than he is a Green Beret who worked for the exiled Latin-American Dictator Arius in his plot to re-take his country. Probably worked as a mercenary. He is a ruthless killer with a sick sense of humor, which is demonstrated on two occasions.The first is when he impersonated a garbageman to kill a man named Lawson. The second was when he stole a car and ran over the man who tried to sell it to him. Both of his victims were former commandos. He also assisted a third ex-commando in faking his death. Cooke also participated in the attack on the home of a fourth ex-commando named John Matrix.Later, Cooke was supposed to meet Sully, another member of the scheme in a hotel room. But what he got instead was a woman who claimed he was in the shower. Cooke told her to move back while he entered the room. Matrix, who was supposed to be on a plane to another country attacked him. Despite Cooke's fighting skills, he is no match for Matrix. He tried unsuccessfully to shoot him several times while being beaten.Matrix kicked him into another room, where a well-endowed couple are making love. Cooke pointed his gun at Matrix and tried to shoot him. But it was empty. Matrix resumed beating him up. Eventually, Matrix knocked him on top of an upturned chair leg, impaling him.
