Colonel Glover has an extremely tough, stressful job in the American military. His job is to oversee the transport and disposal of the chemical 2-5-4 Trioxin and the contaminated corpses it has infected. The chemical has the ability to reanimate dead corpses into killers that crave human brains. Along with the transport and disposal of the chemical he also has to deal with outbreaks that occur. When a few barrels of the chemical and corpses disappeared in the late 70's he spent the better part of his time looking for where they were delivered. This extreme stress in turn started to weaken his marriage with his wife. Sadly the barrels were found but not without an outbreak in Kentucky in which he had to make the toughest of all decisions a military cononel would have to make - the eradication of a city. Sadly this would not be the last outbreak he would have to deal with as another barrel would fall off the back of a military transport and unwittingly opened by a trio of kids.
