Born and raised in the borough of Brooklyn, New York, Ernesto Palmer grew up on the streets. He earned the nickname Chili by having a short temper, but it later reflected how he would always remain calm and cool under pressure. During his early years, he was picked up for loansharking and racketeering, but never convicted. After separating from his first wife, he decided to move to Miami, but shortly thereafter opted for another move ... to Los Angeles. Once out West, Palmer promptly tried his hand at the movie business. Originally listed as a Producer on the film Mr. Lovejoy, a vanity project by famed horror producer Harry Zimm, Palmer then was able to get Martin Weir attached to his own script Get Leo. After both commercial and critical acclaim, Palmer followed it up with the less-than-successful sequel Get Lost. Shortly thereafter, he tried his hand at the music business by signing singer Linda Moon to a contract to record for NTL records, where she won several awards and gold records. Recently, it has been rumored he wants to return to the movie business again.
