Carlos, son of Cruella de Vil was raised imprisoned on an island along with other children of villains. The top four became some what like leaders of the island for they were always doing the worst. Carlos and the others fallow a code or saying of some sort. Rotten to the Core . As the top worst, Carlos along with his friends were chosen to take part in a trial proclamation. If successes, then Carlos and his friends would have turned good and be free from the island. Along with this success, more children of villains would be given the chance to choose between following their parent's foot steps or becoming good.Carlos was raised to fear living dogs, for this was the reason his mother always turned them into stuffed. After encountering a puppy, he learns that not all of what his mother told him to believe might be right. He grows to love the puppy.
