Exceptionally unique college dropout Blake Chesterfield Henderson (Blake Anderson) works as the telemarketing firm TelAmeriCorp with his two best friends Adam and Anders. Blake, Adam and Anders all met in college when Anders was their resident advisor. The guys are pretty much inseparable. They share a cubicle at work and live together in their house in Rancho Cucamonga when they are not working. The guys continue to act as if they are still in college and get into all sorts of trouble because, while they don't hate their jobs, they don't necessarily take their jobs seriously either. Blake is known for his distinctive look. He sports long, curly brown hair, which he parts dramatically to one side, and a mustache. Of the friends, Blake is the most unconventional but he is also the least self-absorbed. While he doesn't get caught up in Adam and Anders ridiculous competitions, he enjoys pitting the two friends against each other. He is apt to partake in illegal substances both outside of work and during the work day. He also thinks he has major swag and rocks some really out-there outfits. He'll wears a too short tie, an untucked shirt or even a costume to work. Of the three friends, he has the least concern for authority and can be the most clueless.
