Billy Darley is the son of Bones Darley and brother of Joe Darley. He is the head of a small gang that kills Nick Hume's oldest son and wife and supposedly Nick Hume himself (though it is not certain whether he was actually killed or just injured). The most distinguishing thing about him is the large tribal tattoo that flows from his neck down. He has several scars that is suggestively given by his father.
