Bellamy's sister Octavia is on the drop ship heading to Earth, so he commits a crime to be able to join her. He's very secretive of what he did to get on the drop ship, but in The 100: Twilight's Last Gleaming (#1.5) and The 100: His Sister's Keeper (#1.6), we find out that he shot Chancellor Jaha. Bellamy fears certain death from the Ark when it arrives on Earth, but in The 100: Day Trip (#1.8), we see that he is pardoned by the Chancellor in exchange for the name of the person on the Ark that wants him dead.Bellamy also is a potential love interest for Clarke Griffin.
