The Backson is the main antagonist of the 2011 Winnie the Pooh film. He is an imaginary creature who lives deep in the woods.In the film, when Christopher Robin seemingly went missing, the gang assumed he was abducted by the Backson , a bad creature who likes to cause mischief. They head out to capture the Backson in a large pit they made and made a trail of items leading to it. When Christopher Robin came back and everyone told them the story, Christopher Robin said he meant to be back soon.In a post-credits scene before the movie finishes, it is revealed that the Backson really exists in the woods and he finds the trail of items and he plans to give them back to whoever owns them. However, he ends up falling into the pit that was meant for him. When he realizes he's in a pit, he calls for help, but when no one answers, the Backson gives up and says he hopes that fellow will be back soon.It can be implied that when Owl first saw him, he probably just assumed he was a villain, although the Backson wasn't for real.He is voiced by Huell Howser.
