Abraham Setrakian is an Armenian born, Romanian raised Jew, Professor, Carpenter and Vampire hunter. As a child, his grandmother told him stories of Vampires. As a young adult, he was captured during World War Two by the Nazis and held at the Treblinka Extermination Camp and given the tattoo A230385. It is at Treblinka he first encounter the Nazi officer Thomas Eichhorst, and The Master, whom Eichorst serves. Upon his escape, Setriakian dedicated his life to learning about and hunting the Strigoi , or Vampires.
