As well as being an up and coming actor Zak Holland is known for his Martial Arts skills in TE-MA (Traditional English Martial Arts) and as a top gymnast. He is also in training to become a stuntman.Zak has trained in Martial Arts from a very young age as his father is Pete Buzzsaw Holland one of the UK's leading Traditional English Martial Arts instructors. Zak has also trained heavily in traditional Kung Fu and Kickboxing.Zak being highly skilled in both armed (sword fighting) and unarmed combat became the UK English Country Backswording Champion 2014/2015/2016 at the UK Finals held at the Royal Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.He is also a top level gymnast and has competed at National level in the men's pairs.Zak has been acting since he joined Stage Coach at the age of 4 and has gone on to do many stage performances and has progressed on to working within the film and TV industry.
