She resides in Mississippi where she performs in theaters in the surrounding area. Among her numerous acting credits Wendie has appeared as M'Lynn in Steel Magnolias, Yente in Fiddler on the Roof, Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Ernest. Her credits include Aunt LaMerle in Red Velvet Cake War, The Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, a Christmas Play, Amanda in Murder in the Magnolias, Lt. Col. Bridgett in M*A*S*H* and Robin in Godspell.In 2014, she was cast in her 1st short film as a homeless woman, Clair Wilson, in "The Kindness of Strangers". You may also see her as an extra in Paramount Pictures, "Same Kind Of Different As Me" by Ron Hall.She spends her free time singing, laughing, and drinking coffee with her family and friends.
