Born and raised in Rome, Walter also lived in New York, Amsterdam and London. Walter's short film 'Blanche Dumas from B to Z', included in the film anthology 'Grindsploitaiton 3: Video Nasty' released by Troma, is being developed into the feature film 'Scream Queen'.
