Von Decarlo Brown is a multi-talented comedian, actress, and author of the book, "Speak Fluent Man" with appearances in global ad campaigns, and national commercials for GNC, Disney's Aladdin, Match, and Carnival Cruise Lines. She performed at the Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal for Kevin Hart's LOL Network, as well as, the Lil Rel and Friends show, and is featured comedian on HBO Max / Tru TV's Laff Mobb's Laff Tracks.Also known as "Coach Von", she hosts a weekly podcast titled, Friend In Your Head; formerly known as the Coach Von Podcast. Durning the 2020 pandemic lock down, Von Decarlo re-branded her podcast to serve as a place for people to hopefully feel less lonely, and to discuss social issues. She released her first comedy album, A Draggable Offense Comedy Mixtape Vol. 1, on December 11, 2020.Von Decarlo is a double first name. Her mother named her after Yvonne DeCarlo, the actress who played Lily Munster. She began her comedy career in New York City soon after, writing and performing parodies and sketches for the Crazy Al Cayne show. She continued her career in comedy performing stand up at many premier venues throughout New York City, and her one woman show Lasagna debuted at The People's Improv Theatre to a full crowd and rave reviews.
