Vincent was born in Artane, Dublin, Ireland. He trained at The Royal Irish Academy of Music and briefly at The Gaiety School of Acting before moving to London to study The Science of Acting at the Kogan Academy of Dramatic Arts. Subsequent roles included Tommy Owens in The Shadow of a Gunman at The Abbey Theatre, Dublin, Larry O'Brien in Next Door's Baby at The Orange Tree, Kevin Riley in The Erpingham Camp at Greenwich Playhouse, William Prim in The Beautiful People at Finborough Theatre (where he received outstanding reviews) Sean Og in Dance Hall Days at The Riverside Studios. Recently he created the role of Harry Fisher in the Premiere of What You're Missing by Tamara Micner at The King's Head Theatre London. On TV Vincent played King George V in Channel 4's docudrama Prince John. Short films include, Ventriloquist in Mirette, Simon in Interior for The National Gallery. He can be seen playing the comedy role of Fred in Saving Pennies the commercial for First Utility.
