Victoria Greenwood was born in North Hollywood, California at Valley Presbyterian Hospital, to Sheila Lussier and Marc Greenwood. Her mother is an actress, writer, and documentarian. Her father Marc is a drummer, and the son of country singer songwriter Lee Greenwood. Her parents were separated when she was 5 years old. She was raised by her mother and step father Kenny Rogers Jr. Victoria has two brother's, Keaton Rogers and Kacey Greenwood.When Victoria was just six month old, she booked her first modeling job. At the age of 5, Victoria appeared in her first television series, "Days of Our Lives". Around the same time she also begin playing soccer with AYSO, in league, and in school from the age of five and played until she was eighteen. She was an All-Star goalie and received a lot of notoriety for her soccer skills with awards and offers of scholarship to a variety of colleges. Which, she later on turned down and refocused her energies on her creative endeavors. Growing up in the industry, she has been trained by various people. Notably so, by casting director, Geno Havens (The Jerk, More American Graffiti, etc...).Victoria found a passion for Art at a very young age. In 1997, she was honored by Mayor Bedizen of Nashville, Tennessee for her art work; which, was accepted into the exhibit "Harmony." While in Nashville, she studied Bluegrass music, joined the school choir, and was also part of the theater program; sparking her interest even more with music and acting. She participated in many plays over the span of her education. At the age of 13, she was inducted into the International Thespians Society, for various leading performances in her school plays. While in High School at Calabasas High, she joined the comedy sports team, soccer team, and was a part of the theater department. She performed in various show cases and competitions, setting in stone her real interest in a set career, acting. From 2004-2006 she had a life altering experience, helping her Mother, as a production assistant, on a documentary about the "Godfather of Soul," James Brown, and his Wife, "Life on the Road with Mr. And Mrs. Brown." In 2010 she was awarded Miss Encino USA and competed in Miss California USA. She attended Santa Monica College studying theater, with an emphasis on historical styles, receiving her AA degree. After turning down the option to continue her studies at UC Berkeley, she has been apart of various plays, showcases, and films.
