Vaughn Wood was born and raised in Detroit, MI. Growing up he has always been somewhat of an introvert or perceived as one when initially meeting people he did not know. However, people would soon learned this introvert can be creative and spontaneous when it comes to making others laugh or finding clever ways to put a smile on their faces. He is all about helping people and uplifting them. Which leads me to say he is an introvert with extrovert tendencies.In Detroit there was mostly three different kind of young men "the hustlers" who wanted to get rich quick or hood rich quick, the young men who wanted to work at the automotive plants, and then there is Vaughn, the one who was surrounded by "the hustlers". He never wanted to try on the Detroit hustlers' clothes and he never wanted to wear the plant shoes. Being the creative entertainer out of his group of friends he realized his purpose or gift, was acting(he caught the bug). So, in 2009 he moved to Atlanta to pursue an acting career. The ironic part about pursuing an acting career is it is a hustle within itself, but it's a different kind of hustle. When he has free time, he loves to play basketball, watch interesting movies/TV shows, and work on his craft. As Vaughn continues to work his way up the acting food chain, he remains humble with each opportunity he's blessed with, while at the same time aggressively pushing towards the level of success he is destined to have.
