Vanessa Victoria Vittorio was born in Murray, Utah on January 11, 1992, to Tammy (Johnson), an interior designer/accountant and Giuseppe DiVittorio, a tile setter. She is of Italian, Spanish, and German ancestry. Her parent's got divorced when she was just 2 months old. She has one half-sister from her mother's side, plus two half-brothers and one half-sister from her father's side. At the age of 9, she moved to California with her mother and stepfather. Before Vanessa actively pursued acting for film/TV, her true passion, everyone was telling her what to do. She went to a community college studying for majors ranging from Biomedical Engineering to Baking and Pastry Arts. In the fall of 2012 she got the courage to take an acting class at the college. The professor's assistant watched her perform a monologue and told her this is what you need to do in life. From then on, no one could stop her. She realized the fate of her life was up to her and no one else. Vanessa hope's to inspire many people of all ages that doing what you love on a daily basis leads to true happiness. Show less «

Acting for Film and TV is my passion. There's nothing in this world I'd rather do. I actively pursue it on a daily basis. Because I do what I love, it doesn't feel like work. My imagination runs wild and that's the best feeling one can have. What I like about acting most is that you're imitating real life. While performing, my mind and body concentrate so highly in the scene that I can only hear, see, and smell the actor(s) opposite me. Any noises or smells coming from outside the scene go unnoticed. This often leads to headaches after a wrap. I'm proud to be an actress. I'm proud to say I work in the entertainment industry. But most of all, I'm proud to be me: A courageous, brave, talented woman who knows what she wants in life. Show less «
