Valerie was born in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada and resides in Los Angeles, California as a permanent resident of the United States with an Irish passport. Valerie has worked as a flight attendant in Saudi Arabia and a customs officer at the Canadian U.S. border. Once a practicing criminal defense attorney in Toronto, Valerie now practices law in California while working as an actor/writer/producer. Valerie received formal yoga training in Kerala, India and hopes to return there one day. Valerie also appeared in the academy award winning film "Traffic" but was not included in the final edit.
