Tyler Young was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.He will star in the upcoming Dimension & Weinstein Company horror film Polaroid, opposite Kathryn Prescott. The film is slated for wide release on August 25th, 2017. Previously, Tyler starred as Philip Shea in the award winning and critically acclaimed USA Network limited series Eyewitness directed by Catherine Hardwicke with show-runner Adi Hasak. His co-stars included Julianne Nicholson, Gil Bellows & James Paxton. Eyewitness won the award for Outstanding TV Movie or Limited Series at the 28th Annual GLAAD Media Awards.Tyler has recently guest starred on the CBS medical drama Code Black and on the critically acclaimed ABC mini series When We Rise directed by Gus Van Sant with show-runner Dustin Lance Black. Additionally, Tyler has starred in the USC MFA thesis film Small Arms. While starting out in Chicago, he appeared in co-star roles on episodes of FOX's Empire and NBC's Chicago Fire. Show less «
