Williams is a child actor from Omaha, Nebraska, USA. Born to parents working abroad, Williams was discovered in Prague, Czech Republic during a random tryout for English Speaking extras. He was given his first film opportunity in "Snowpiercer" after meeting director Joon-ho Bong.
