Trained in classical south Indian (carnatic) classical vocal music, performed and taught singing an voice culture in India, France and the US. His wife Nandinee is an actress and accomplished singer. Sons Sabrinath, Yogananda, Badrinath and Govinda appear in various commercial, movie and tv projects now and then. In Los Angeles he runs an ethnic talent agency called Nandinee Productions.
