Altough he had always wanted to be an actor, first he graduated from "English teaching" department, but his desire for going to an acting school had never lost its flame. Later on, he won the Anatolian University Consevatuary, so his dreams came true. In his last year of conservatory, he went to Warsaw as an exchange student and attended classes in Alexander Zelwerowicz Acting School. After he came back to Turkey in 2007 he auditioned for DOT's new production "Mercury Fur" , he was chosen for the role "Naz" and since then he has been working with DOT in productions like "Shoot/ Get Treasure/ Repeat" and "Mandrel". He has been given and nominated many stage awards for his performances. His first film experience was "Baska Dilde Ask/ Love In Another Language", a film which was critically acclaimed and a box-office wonder, and his performance as Kamuran, a young man who can't go out of his house after a wild attack, helped him to get attentions. His second film is "The Monsters' Dinner", a chaotic thriller. It was shot in English, and will be ready for the festivals at the end of 2010. His screen debut was "Sinif / The Class" where he played a young man who was killed by his best friend accidentally, and later on haunted him, he also appeared in "Karamel" as a trouble son of a middle-class family, and in "Kalp Agrisi / The Heart Pain" as an easy-going and honest interior designer. However, he got the public attention when he accepted to play the gay character in the TV Series "Mukemmel Cift/ The Perfect Couple". He had been presenting a show for children then, and he was fired because of his role. He also makes translations and writes plays.
