Tracy Coogan was born and raised in County Meath, Ireland. Tracy got her first taste of acting while growing up in Ireland , appearing in numerous theatrical productions at her school. Upon graduation, Tracy went to New York City for the summer, where she represented Ireland in the Helen Rogers International Model and Talent Association. After an exciting and productive summer, Tracy remained in New York City to pursue her acting career. Tracy 's New York theater credits include "The Playboy of the Western World", "Colleen Bawn" both at The Irish Repertory Theater, directed by Charlotte Moore and "Poor Beast in the Rain." Praised by the New York Times, for her performance in "Poor Beast in the Rain", she moved on to doing movies. Tracy's first on screen credit was the Woody Allen movie "Celebrity", later she starred in "Love without Borders", a television series filmed in Moscow, she played the roles of the grown twins Mary and Natasha. After moving to Los Angeles, Tracy starred in the horror cult hit Zombie Honeymoon and appeared in British Writer/Director Jake Kennedy's new movie Penance. Currently, she had the lead next to James Russo in the psychological thriller Dark Woods on which she also served as Associate Producer. Tracy's upcoming projects include Nathan Frankowski gritty IRA drama No Saints For Sinners, New Cinescope Pictures Sci-Fi Action Adventure Thrillseekers from German director Robert Pfitzner. She will also reprise her role as Denise in ZH2 the upcoming sequel to David Gebroes Zombie Honeymoon which will be Executive Produced by John Landis.
