Tony has been studying UFOs since the early 90's. He became an investigator in 1999 and has lived in Northern VA for over 20 years. Tony is the Assistant State Director for VA as well as Star Team Investigator. Starting in (2015) he has been working on designing and implementing monitoring stations in a couple different areas of Northern VA that will be able to detect and capture hard evidence of aerial phenomena that will further the field of Ufology. As further developments are made in technology and working with a great team of investigators like Ray Stanford, Wilbur Allen, Norm Gagnon, and Ben Moss. Tony hopes to be able to bring new evidence to light with the goal of one day explaining more scientifically the various forms of propulsion that appear in photographs and that are found in different types of evidence left behind by strange phenomena.Tony has a back ground in Information Technology as a Sr.Network Engineer for a small IT firm in Northern VA.
