Born to Willa L Tyler and Richard Tyler in Compton, California. Moved to Redlands, California as a child. Followed older brother Richard Tyler to play football for Redlands High School. Under Brian Billack, Tobijah received a scholarship to play for the Utah State University Aggies as a Strong Safety (4 year starter). During an Internship at the University of Utah, Tobijah met crew members from Stephen Kings "The Stand" to later land a Production Assistant Job. By 1996 Tobijah Tyler joined the DGA as a 2nd 2nd and in 1998 added all his "day" and qualified as a Unit Production Manager (1 area) under the DGA guidelines. Show less «
