Thornburg is an American actor and model known for various fashion advertising campaigns and editorials beginning in 2010. Thornburg grew up on O'ahu, Hawai'i until the age of 20 where he studied theatre performace at Leeward Community College until he began to pursue his career as a model in the fashion industry. After having met Giorgio Armani and Kean Etro in Milan, he began to form close friendships and working relationships over many years with them. He took their advice as mentors and re-gained an interest in acting which the two designers gave him the opportunity to star in award winning fashion films in 2014 and 2017, (best Italian fashion film, Milano film festival 2017) (best visual effects, international fashion film awards 2017). He continued as an actor in short independent films until he was approached by Spanish director, Isabel Coixet, to act as the character Jun in 2019's HBO series ''Foodie Love'' where he plays the passionate and mysterious ex-lover of leading actress, Laia Costa.
