Tevin Naidu is a South African actor, television presenter and podcast host, of Indian descent. He is the television host of South Africa's 2 most popular Asian lifestyle shows - Eastern Mosaic (2014-2015) and Mela (2014-2020). He is also well-known for his role as a castaway on the hit reality television show - Survivor South Africa: Philippines (2018), as well as a TV Judge and Masterclass mentor on South Africa's most popular talent search television show - Presenter Search on 3 (2018). Tevin is also a medical doctor, philosopher and ethicist. His academic work focuses on a range of topics that include computational psychiatry, phenomenology, psychopathology, values and ethics, and the philosophy of science, mind and mental health.
