Taylor Firth is one of the top 20 women's figure skaters in the United States. She grew up in Grand Island, New York and began skating at the age of 7 when she got bored of watching her elder sisters skate. Since she began competing in 2003 she has placed in the top 10 over 14 times. In 2009 she was chosen to star in the remake of _Ice Castles (1978)_. Her sister, Chelsea is also a competitive skater.
