Tarrah Toliver was born to be an actress. She started entertaining people at the age of 2 with her dancing, singing and dramatic personality. Her mom Lynn put her in as many pageants and fashion shows that she could so that Tarrah would be able to bless others with her extraordinary talent. Tarrah continued this journey for many years until it was time for her to move to the next level of professionalism. Her mom and dad then signed her up for Modeling and Acting School at John Casablancas. There Tarrah increased her skills in acting and modeling. Once Tarrah graduated from High School and went on to College she new what she wanted to study and that was Television and Film. She studied at Georgia Perimeter College for her first two years and then she completed both her Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Media Production at American Intercontinental University.Many years passed and life happened but Tarrah never let go of her dream. In 2012 Tarrah came back with an agenda and a drive to make her dreams finally come true. With a lot of praying and networking she has been able to increase her skill level even more. She has met some very key people in the industry that have all played a huge part in helping her make things happen.Now Tarrah has become well known for her skills as a Production Manager and Production Coordinator. She has also been blessed to fill various roles on many new projects, her recent being "Amy" in the new political drama "Running".Tarrah truly believes God is definitely not done with her yet.
