Sylvia was born in Gothenburg, Sweden. She lived in Sweden until she was 15 years old. Both her parents worked for the Volvo Compnay; Her mother worked as an engineer and architect, and her father a technical manager.When she turned 15, her family moved to Asia. After attending college in California, for a few years, Sylvia decided to join the United Sates Army. Sylvia After her initial training she got stationed at the headquarters of 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division at Ft. Lewis, Washington, where she spent the reminder of her enlistment. Within two years she became a sergeant. In her free time, in the military, she obtained her Bachelor degree in Business with an emphasis in management.After she finished her enlistment, she decided to move back to California for graduate school and to pursue her childhood dream of acting; so she applied to two universities near the Los Angeles area. She was accepted into California State University of Fullerton's Masters Program from where she has graduated.Sylvia worked on a film, "The Mummy's Kiss" in which she had two roles. The film is produced and directed by Donald F. Glut, the writer of "The Empire Strikes Back" novel. She was featured in another film called "Angelic Tuesday" starring Stephan Jenkins, the lead singer from Third Eye Blind. Sylvia has appeared in numerous commercials, and a music video, "Model Chick" for the artist RL. Sylvia continues to do modeling as she pursues challenging acting roles. Show less «
