Sullivan Braun was born November 17, 2003 in Santa Monica, California to parents both from Los Angeles. Sullivan is an only child primarily of Irish, German, Russian and French descent. His mother is a technology exec in the entertainment industry and his father is an arts and entertainment producer.To the surprise of his parents, at age 4 ½ Sullivan announced his intention to become an actor and director to a large audience at his kindergarten graduation. After 6 years of insistence, his parents finally enrolled him in an acting workshop in Los Angeles at age 10. It was there Sullivan was recommended by the program director to perform in a showcase in front of seven top children's talent agencies. He was offered representation by all of those agents and managers. Sullivan began his professional acting career that same year in an independent music video and documentary film. His first network TV role came the following year on the television series South Park as the real-life incarnation of the animated character Kyle.Sullivan's priority remains his education, but he also participates year round in theatrical workshops and performances at school and with a live Theatre performance group "Acting Up". He attends workshops in acting, stage combat, improvisation and stand-up comedy. Sullivan recently (age 12) wrote and performed a live stand-up comedy set at the famous Improv Comedy Club in Hollywood to a packed audience.Sullivan looks forward to the day he is able to pursue film and television acting full-time like his beloved cousin, Brianne Howey.
