Sue Ann Pien born and raised in Los Angeles began performing at the young age of 4 where she landed the lead of "Cinderella" in her pre-school play. From there she began to perform monologue speeches and won 1st place trophy for her "Winnie-the-Pooh" rendition in her first grade meet. By 6th grade she had garnered roles in her school play for "Hair", "Miss Saigon", and also sang solo for senior choir and talent shows including "The Beatles" and "The Cover Girls". In high school she was competing in speech and debate tournaments and also in drama where her improv and acting skills further honed. By the time she finished her undergraduate degree at UCLA she had booked her second audition for a national SAG commercial and the momentum was underway towards her acting success. She has auditioned for the "Miriam Wu" role in director David Fincher's American re-make of "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo". Recently she's been featured in the worldwide press (ELLE, TIME magazine, People magazine, The NY Post) for her Mars One candidacy.
