I wanted to deepen my understanding of the demons that keep her from becoming her whole, pure self. In her, I do see myself. And into her I breathe the truths of those close to me who have battled addiction with all fibers of their being - fibers that have been frayed by life, stretched by dependency and strife. What Maya seeks is pure connection. And that, I believe, is at the core of us all. Show less «
