Born in a small Texas area, called Mid County, Southeast Texas. Graduated from Port Neches High School and immediately served in the United States Navy. After enlistment, receiving a under honorable conditions discharge, I joined the IBEW Local 479 Beaumont Electrical Union to become a Journeyman Electrician.
